tic tac girl

I've been dating a wonderful guy.

He has this obsession with Tic Tacs that began years ago. It's crazy. He's adorable. He has a tic tac license plate, tic tac nic nacs, and every flavor of tic tacs he can get his hands on. :)

There are SO many flavors of tic tacs! and get this!!! Other countries have their own lil isolated flavors of tic tacs! they simply do not have international selling! How am I supposed to get the flavors from there...to here? Alot of hard work. that's how. But, today I found another flavor, and bought it. He'll see it sometime around Christmas <3

But, I just thought I would share this exciting news! How cool that there are so many flavors all throughout the world! Here are a few examples of tic tacs that I have given him:

world cup edition tic tacs: cherry and orange flavored(white and red) - UK

Powermint- Canada

Eucalyptus - Australia
Eucalyptus-honey - Germany

Cool Cherry- UK

Peach Passionfruit - Germany

Tropical Acerola - Germany

Lime and Orange - I wouldn't tell him where i got them. so you don't get to know
either. <3

Green Apple- USA

I found a top secret flavor today. <3 so i can't tell you. But I am just oh-so-excited. I also found out some really exciting things that they will be releasing soon, but you will just have to hear about these when I get to give them to him.

We'll just say that Tic Tacs are pretty cool.

Chicken soup for the actor's soul

Okay. So, here's the scoop.

I'm an actress.

<3

Some people don't understand why actor's feel the need to FEEL. My answer to that? I have no clue. I certainly act because i feel. I want to help others feel. And, i've noticed a connection to real life lately. If you are afraid to say something in real life, or to truly be yourself, you cannot do that in acting. For some reason, it seems the weaknesses in an actor's real life are their same weaknesses on the stage. That is why actors are insecure about their work.

but so what?

so what if people know what you really feel? Be courageous enough to share your soul with other human beings. It's liberating, it's touching sometimes. It's like chicken soup to a sickly person. And if you do it right, that sickly person was from the audience.

So, my chicken soup for actors? Feel. be vulnerable. open up. what is the worst that could happen if you open up a little bit and be more courageous in your real life? [and i mean courageous, without forgetting tact]

That being said, be smart. Don't do things that you would feel bad about doing in real life. Your character onstage is just an extention of you, in different circumstances. Don't be pressured into doing anything stupid. Power comes from within, and it's only when we respect ourselves that we can have full reign of that power.

so.
live.
breathe.
cry.
be vulnerable.
smile and mean it.
keep your standards.
be courageous.
THAT will be your chicken soup for life, my acting friends.

over and out,
yellow. <3

my inkblot on the page of life ♥

:) :) :) Welcome to my very first blog post. Oh you lucky reader, you!

So, instead of telling you all the blah blah's of my life up to now, you're just gonna deal with the fact that there will be some missing blanks. This is no life-story.  It's just my lil inkblot on the page of life.

Now that you are all mine, and I have your attention, I can say anything I'd like.  Here are a few of my favorite things, as a small introduction to me:

♥Windchimes
♥sunshine
♥little children
♥splashing in the rain with polka-dot umbrellas and rain-boots
♥People who love other people
♥my man
♥friends who push you beyond your limits to be better
♥absolutely beautiful art
♥sand between my toes
♥smilies--because nothing better can express the purpose of suffering than happiness
♥standing next to a waterfall--because God made this earth beautiful
♥true love--without it, we're not even real.

These are only a few things, because i didn't want you to get bored.  I just want you to know that I love.  I love everything about life.  I love my family, and I love the simply small things of life.
