New journaling and the arrival of the Tic Tac Trees

Dear Blog, and lovely readers.

I have decided that i'm not an effective journaler. This has nothing to do with you, as blogging and journaling are very different. But, it's been on my mind lately.  I've been thinking, "Hey, what if i were to journal like it were for an assignment, and schedule time each day/week/whenever to write in a journal?  Then i'd be much better, yes?"

The problem with that is that my head may say yes, but will my heart say no? I just need to capture all of the wonderful things going on, so that someday, when i'm dead, people will know that i lived, you know?  This has nothing to do with auditions for Anne Frank coming up, btw. :P  I have just been thinking of being a better recorderer.

but..goal:  journal at least once a week.

well...if you knew it was probably because of the title! but yes!!! <3 <3 <3 the tic tac trees got here just in time for valentines day for my sweet lil dream man! :)!!!!  I was able to restore them pretty well to a good condition (they are ancient) and gave them to him! His lil face was great!!! Ooh! and i hope to put up a pic of that--in fact! I'll do it! my next post will be a pic of his surprised face from the tic tac trees.  Then you can see how ridiculously good looking he is. ;) I hope he loved them, because....i love him!! haha! I said it!!

ahem..anyways. um. i know i'm not the best blog-poster. but i'm working on that as well. thanks for being patient!

Today fulfills one thing on my list-of-things-to-do-before-i-die. That is?  Going to the Circus!!! <3 wooOoOoHOoo! Hope everyone's valentines day was a blast!

life's lil Crazies! ♥

Whew, it's hard not to get caught in the whirlpools of tax season, homework overloads, academic stress, penta-life crisis' and/or general trauma that comes with this time of year. Well guess what?!?! I'm right in the middle of it, filing for scholarships, taxes, and fasfa. And? yes..yes...still alive! ♥

So, today, for the first time in my life, I payed taxes. yes, taxes. That means I had income this past year right? well, um..no.  Turns out, if you get lots of scholarship, you pay a lil bit of taxes. :) Thank goodness that God gave me enough scholarship to even cover taxes. Blessings? I think so! :)

Guess what?!?! :) Life is pretty cool sometimes. Like, lately. Everything has been pretty darn fantastic! Still waiting for that Christmas present from Germany for the Tic Tac boy. I was hoping it would be here by Valentines...but we shall see.

Speaking of the tic tac boy..he's pretty great :)  That's all!

Oh! and, to add to my list of things to do before I die:  I wanna ride on a hot air balloon.  I know, I know.  It's not necessary, and may be a lil pricey, but I have a 2 for 1 pass, and intend to use it soon! ♥ Pics will follow!

Yesterday is history, and tomorrow is future, but today? Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present! ♥♥♥

List of things to do before I die...:) :) :)

So!  I have been promising this for quite a while! :)

ANd guess what?!? I am working on it!! It's not quite done, but I am getting it all from my brain, to something a lil bit easier to manage--paper! <3

but..I can't just put it down if it's not good enough yet! So, i haven't decided if I'm going to create a new blog for my list, or just re-design this one.  We shall see, but something is of yet, going to happen.

Update on my real (dreamy) life:  hm...I'm in a show. which is good. I love prepping for my career as an actress, and using what I know to do now.  It's so crazy fun.  I get to have an english accent, and wear a pretty dress! what more could i ask for, right?

hm...gave tic tac boy his gifts!!  sadly the christmas gift I was talking about earlier has yet to arrive, and it's january.  so! Valentines gift? I think so. <3  There has been a confirmed sighting and it's definately on its way from Germany.  I can't wait to see his handsome lil face light up! :)

School is going well.  I need to get organized.

My bro is coming home from his mission in 2 months. wOo! <3 he will get to meet tic tac boy.  (my dream man).  He will also get to party like it's 2011!

So, hang tight while I finish creating my list of things to do before i die.  It will come.  I promise!  You will be hearing from me soon!

Life can be so sweet sometimes. :)

So, it's no suprise that I love lemonade! (Well, at least not to those who know me, it's a pretty well known fact).  In fact, the song that narrates my life is called, "Lemonade" by Chris Rice, (my fav christian rock singer[who also sings normal songs]) 

Well, so lately i've been thinking of lemonade.  Don't ask me why.  But there are people who exist as the lemonade in the punch bowl of life.  I'm talking about sweethearts.  There are several people who have stuck out to me lately.

One of course, is my own sweetheart.  The Tic Tac Dream Man who is nameless in this blog ;) He takes my day and adds sugar, little by little.  And it's not the kind of sugar that's bad for you.  It's the good-for-your-whole-soul kind.  He is so real, and sincere.  When he says something, it's because he means it.  And I respect him more and more everyday.  He has a way of brightening a room when he enters it.  It's funny, because he is such a serious person, I am often suprised by his kind, warm demeaner.  I've never known anyone like him.  But, it's his happy enthusiasm, his thoughtful kindness that makes me proud to call him my own. ♥

Another is my little sister, ickle.  I will call her this so that I don't use her real name (and because that's what all of my friends called her througout highschool).  I haven't seen her as often lately, and I've been missing her.  I think about her all the time, and maybe should just kidnap her and do something.  She is one of the greatest examples in my life.  She is constant, and strong.  Though sometimes she chooses not to say much, her soul is full-to-bursting with wisdom and knowlege.  I think she was born older than me. When I moved out, it was one of the hardest things i'd ever done (being away from her) but she has continued to be my best friend, even though I don't see her much.  I guess there is something about 2 hearts which have been together so long, that just binds them.  She can read my mind.  And she always knows exactly what to say.  She is quite a bit of the sugar in my life. My lil ickle sweetie.

The last one I'll talk about is a friend from school.  We recently had a conversation about his good friend who had just died in a car accident. It reminded me of how short life is.  Of how much we need to grasp every minute of it.  Because at the end of the day, people are all we have got.  He has been a good friend since my first acting class in college.  I've always been grateful for his willingness to open up his heart to the world and pour out his inspiration.  Because that's what acting should be about. 

Thank you to all the people who sweeten my life, for I could talk forever of the lemonade of my life.
